ACCOUNT MANAGER
This position requires 4-6 years of hospitality and social experience and expertise in the corporate sponsorship industry, as well as strong knowledge and understanding of the event planning landscape . Account managers will work to support senior staff in the management of client-related activities, serving as an additional day-to-day contact for corporate accounts, while working to manage, meet and exceed the needs of each account. High-level strategic and creative thinking will be required to develop results-driven marketing programs, while providing turn-key customer service resulting in flawless activation executions. Account managers must be highly motivated, have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Position requires an independent worker, yet someone that demonstrates the ability to lead and work well as a team.
Candidate will be responsible for marketing strategy, social media strategy, budget management and activation logistics for each assigned client.
Responsibilities
Manage workflow on assigned projects to assure deadlines are met
Plan and coordinate events, managing vendors and overall logistics
Prepare and distribute weekly updates on each account to upper management
Monitor budgets and overall spends within accounts
Work closely with production and media teams to ensure all creative is trafficked out accurately and on time
Ensure all paperwork and online filing is organized and up to date
Fulfill ongoing day to day client requests
Monitor and keep client team abreast of all industry trends and information related to assigned accounts.
Engage junior account team members for support
Social support for clients and agency
General support for senior account team
Ability to work independently and proactively, while simultaneously being a team player
Excels in time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and service multiple accounts
Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors and team members

TRAVEL :
Employee must be willing to travel on weekends and some holidays (domestic & international); paid for by company.
