Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing corporate and private events
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling
- Support event managers in maintaining timelines and budgets
- Prepare and organize event materials and promotional assets
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with on-site event coordination, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Maintain detailed records of event activities and post-event reports
