We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We will also expect this team member to know some basic graphic design and to assist in producing print orders when needed.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize office software and tools to manage customer information.
- Basic graphic design (can be trained on the job)
- Assist in print production as needed
- Social media posting as needed
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in computer systems and office software applications.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
