We are seeking a dynamic and self-starting Project Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding results.


As a Construction Project Manager / Estimator for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of projects from conception to completion. You are the driving force behind each project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining

the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget,to ensure project goals are met.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project needs.
  • Perform accurate cost estimates, procure necessary bids, determine all project costs, and aid in writing proposals.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost
  • Monitor and update estimates based on project changes and new information.
  • Maintain a focus on quality, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, making proactive decisions to ensure cost control.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations. Timeline Adherence: Manage project schedules to meet or exceed project milestones and Deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and project documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on high-end remodel and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire project teams.
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
  • A commitment to quality and client satisfaction.


Compensation:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience
  • Competitive benefits package.
