Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager to lead projects within the Corporate Functions / Applications domain at a growing life sciences / biotech company. This role offers significant exposure across the organization and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a small, highly collaborative team. Experience with Oracle applications is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for corporate functions and applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with stakeholders across departments such as finance, HR, procurement, and IT to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Leverage Oracle applications to enhance processes and deliver business value.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, resolving challenges efficiently.
Foster strong communication and collaboration within a tight-knit, fast-paced team environment.
Adapt to changing priorities and provide solutions in a resource-constrained setting.

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the corporate functions / applications domain.

Strong familiarity with Oracle applications in an enterprise setting.

Ability to thrive in a smaller team environment, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness.

Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in the life sciences or biotech industry is a must.
