Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage teams of landscapers and support staff, ensuring high service quality.
- Optimize systems for recruiting, training, and retaining top technical talent.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Deploy technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Identify and develop additional revenue streams, such as maintenance programs and other recurring services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience in residential services with a proven track record of scaling companies (Preferred but not essential).
