Blue Ridge Autism Care is seeking a passionate, experienced, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as an independent contractor. We deliver individualized ABA services across Fluvanna, Albemarle, Louisa counties, and Gordonsville, with a focus on ethical care, clinical excellence, and genuine partnership with families.

Position Overview
As a BCBA contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, maintain autonomy over your clinical decisions, and focus on delivering effective, ethical direct care. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, communicative, and values a supportive, small-team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide direct care to child and family
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet payer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support generalization and long-term success.
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of the BACB and Blue Ridge Autism Care.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed or license-eligible as an LBA in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred (newly certified BCBAs with strong mentorship background will be considered).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients within service areas.
- Liability insurance required (or willingness to obtain).
