We are a large and busy multi-disciplinary Mental Health Practice supported by an Administrative Team who is integral in the positive experience we aim to provide our patients. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Greet patients and visitors
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments and schedule appointments
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Process and respond to patient requests
- Process prescription requests
- Manage and verify online patient form submissions
- File and pull medical charts
Job Requirements Include:
- At least one year of Medical office experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is essential
- Be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Be a team player with a positive and flexible mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
