What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager Medication Maintenance Liaison position at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare?

Entry Level Pay $20.08/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.
The provision of case management services is designed to assist an individual and their family in accessing needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, vocational, residential, and other supports essential for living in the community and meeting basic needs. Individuals in the Medication Maintenance program are typically stable and have stepped down to medication only services from other higher levels of care (MHI grant funded).
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
- Experience: One (1) year of case management experience with population diagnosed with severe mental illness is preferable; previous work experience in a medical or behavioral healthcare setting very helpful.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain this certification.
- Safe Driving Record: Candidates must have a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no criminal violations in the last five years) and have or be eligible to obtain a VA Driver's license.
- Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
