Our Director Crisis and Residential Nursing oversees a medical team of dedicated professionals in a 16-bed residential treatment facility and 8-recliners at the Crisis Receiving Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services 24/7.
Schedule: M-F 8 hour shifts with 24 hour on-call availability to provide assistance and leadership to scheduled staff.
Job Duties:
- Lead and develop a team of RNs, LPNs, and LPN Admissions Facilitator.
- Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling the delivery of quality nursing services tailored to individual client needs.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with other departments within the agency to provide comprehensive care.
- Promote the program in the community to increase awareness and access to services.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license within the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Two years' psychiatric nursing experience
- Leadership experience as a charge nurse or supervisor is a plus!
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) eligible.
- Safe Driving Record in order to drive agency vehicles, defined as no more than two moving violations in the last three years, and no criminal violations in the last five years
- Background Check and drug screen
