This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Saylorsburg, PA. The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of our residents, managing kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and collaborating with dietitians and nutritionists to create balanced meal plans. The Executive Chef should promote a positive environment that supports recovery and wellness.
- Proficiency in meal planning, preparation, and nutrition
- Experience managing kitchen staff and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation
