Job Summary and Qualifications
The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist is responsible for performing invasive and non-invasive procedures on a variety of patients using complex imaging equipment.
This role requires the ability to utilize sterile techniques, operate complex imaging equipment, and assist physicians as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality imaging studies and maintain a safe and efficient workflow
- Work independently to produce high-quality imaging studies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program
- ARRT registered and hold post-primary certification in a minimum of one additional qualifying discipline
- Previous experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department
- Preferred Experience: Two years previous experience in an advanced discipline
