Job Description :
- Provide support and assistance in rehabilitation therapy under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Assist patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve physical and cognitive functioning.
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising therapist.
- Help prepare therapy areas and maintain equipment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
