About the Role:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service, risk assessment, and account development. You’ll work closely with affluent clients who require customized insurance solutions and have a keen understanding of the intricacies of high-net-worth carriers.
This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional relationship management skills, industry expertise, and a proactive approach to account servicing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high-value book of business, handling all aspects of client transactions, renewals, and risk analysis.
- Provide comprehensive client service, including endorsement requests, coverage reviews, claim assistance, and policy marketing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, offering tailored insurance solutions and anticipating future needs.
- Navigate the complex landscape of high-net-worth carriers, ensuring competitive coverage and superior client experiences.
- Handle billing inquiries, policy documentation, and renewal strategies with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional policy recommendations to enhance client protection.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging risks, and luxury asset coverage options.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients in a personal lines insurance setting.
- Deep knowledge of high-net-worth carriers and underwriting guidelines.
- Proven success in managing high-revenue accounts with attention to detail and superior service.
- Strong ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and confident manner.
- Ability to analyze risks, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and negotiate with carriers.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive, client-first mindset
- Property & Casualty License (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.
