Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This dual role combines exceptional customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support while also identifying and converting sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Make phone calls to prospects and set meetings for Print Advisors.
- Maintain and grow internet customers to ensure product satisfaction and increase products purchases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inside sales and customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
