LPN Nurse
Shift : 3 12 shifts, every other weekend rotation
Hours : 7a-7p, or 7p-7a
Full Time, Part Time, PRN
The Role Itself
- Supervises MHT’s, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition.
- Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes / administers physician orders accurately.
- Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress.
- Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights.
- Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
- Orientates patients / families to the program, preserves confidentiality .
