Job DescriptionPitts Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our existing team of 5 veterinarians in a busy small animal AAHA accredited hospital.The ideal candidate would be able to provide individualized compassionate care, great communication skills with clients, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues. New graduates are welcome to apply with hands on mentorship provided. Interest or experience in providing Fear Free care to patients is preferred as these techniques are a focus at our clinic.Our clinic practices high quality medicine and has a good reputation locally. We see patient referrals from other clinics in Lincoln and surrounding towns. We support our veterinarians as they find their area of interest (ultrasound, acupuncture, exotic medicine, etc.). We have the ability to perform in-house labs and have licensed technicians highly proficient in CBC's, urinalyses, and diagnostic fecals. We use IDEXX Laboratories for our reference laboratory, but routinely send out other specialized testing as well.
