Established decades ago, Park Animal Hospital has a long history in the community with a loyal client base. Our compassionate staff focuses on exceptional patient care, friendly customer service, and informative client education.
Over the last few decades, we have stayed true to our mission of providing compassionate care. We are now seeking a Medical Director willing to embrace this just as much as we do! Our facility includes five computerized exam rooms, a dedicated dental suite, well-equipped surgical suite including endoscopy, comprehensive diagnostic in-house lab, digital & dental radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic & surgical laser, Snyder ICU Unit, and computerized workstations throughout the hospital. In addition to full medical capabilities, we offer limited cat/dog boarding.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be ready to provide leadership, manage our associate veterinarians, and assure regulatory compliance related to the practice of veterinary medicine. We are a fast-paced hospital, so the ability to balance patient care, management responsibilities, and mentorship is essential. Further, the Medical Director will also partner with the Practice Manager to ensure outstanding business practices and uphold a high degree of professionalism in the hospital. This individual will consult with Blue River Pet Care on administrative affairs, capital purchases, and human resource matters as needed.

Position Requirements
- Licensure to practice in Utah (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license in good standing
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Ability and willingness to teach and mentor associates
