Job Skills / Requirements
The Career Coach works to support students with disabilities to prepare for meaningful and productive community employment and/or post-secondary education options. Plans and develops programming for the students participating in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program and supports those students. Works closely with Vocational Rehab and advocates for the promotion of students’ choices in providers, coordinates job matches, and identifies support needs for students. Has proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Full- Time 8:00 am- 4:30 pm (Hours Vary depending on requested start and end times of schools.)
Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma/GED with one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery or a bachelor's degree in Human Services.
