Job Skills / Requirements
This position provides administrative and financial support to the Fiscal Director and broader fiscal team. Key responsibilities include preparing expense claims for assigned grants, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, calculating program costs, and coordinating insurance coverage and claims. The role also supports procurement activities, maintains equipment inventory, assists with audits and U.S. Census reporting, and performs various clerical duties such as copying, filing, ordering supplies, and acting as a backup receptionist. Additional duties include delivering and picking up documentation, mail, and bank deposits, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the fiscal department.
