Overview
RBR Alliance is a strategic alliance between non profits Blue River Services, Inc., and Rauch, Inc. Together, all three agencies serve 30 counties in Southern Indiana by providing quality support services to individuals with disabilities. RBR Alliance provides administrative, financial, fund development, human resources, maintenance, and IT support to both Blue River and Rauch.
Job Skills / Requirements
Qualified individual needed Full-time to:
- Research and identify potential funders
- Write grant proposals for a non-profit organization
- Assist in coordination of agency satisfaction surveys and program evaluation process.
- Assist Developmental Director with special events and fundraising activities.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel, show ability to navigate and research on the Internet, and have experience in grant writing and program development. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must. Office hours are 8am-4pm; however, must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events.
Bachelors degree in business administration, journalism, or other related field preferred; accredited high school diploma or equivalent required.
