Job Skills / Requirements
The residential nurse will work under the supervision of the Residential SGL Director/Head Nurse. He/she will work collaboratively with residential staff in providing health care of residents in the Supervised Group Living Program that serves clients with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays. She/he will provide active supervision for residents in care, assist with medication management and training for the agency. Must be dependable, adaptable/flexible, and detail-oriented.
Attention to detail is required for this role, as medication management will be one of the primary responsibilities of this individual.
This Job Requires you to be On-call 24/7, However, the primary weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, first shift, but must be flexible to accommodate residents or staff training needs.
Must be a licensed LPN. This role will be supervised by an RN.
