The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centeredcareand coordination of all functions in the unit / department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs,monitors, and evaluates nursing carein accordance withestablished policies / procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision / mission / values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Blue River Surgery Center is the newest member of the Surgery Ventures Group powered by HCA Healthcare opening in early 2024. This state-of-the-art facility will include five operating rooms and two specialty procedures rooms. The center will be staffed by a skilled team of registered nurses and OR techs. Our specialties will include orthopedics, GI, podiatry, general and vascular surgery. The Center is located in South Kansas City near I-435 and Holmes.
