Your Daily Job
- Perform general maintenance repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain necessary certifications.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and necessary upgrades.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all maintenance tasks.
- Possess reliable transportation for on-site duties.
- Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
- Collaborate with the service team to enhance the curb appeal of the community.
- HVAC 608 Certification or equivalent.
- Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs.
- EPA certification.
- Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in a multi-family setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual a plus
