Job Title: Project Manager (Roofing)

Job Description:
Blue Roofing, a Christian-owned company based in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of roofing projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, in collaboration with the sales team and clients. Ensure project schedules are met and deadlines achieved.

• Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Address concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction with the completed work.

• Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a cohesive roofing project team, including subcontractors and crew members. Provide guidance, support, and direction, fostering a positive and productive team environment rooted in our Christian values.

• Quality Control:

Uphold high-quality standards to deliver exceptional results. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.

• Safety Compliance:

Prioritize safety by enforcing rigorous safety protocols and ensuring all team members adhere to guidelines and regulations. Promote a culture of safety awareness through regular meetings and inspections.

• Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets closely, ensuring completion within budgetary constraints. Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones and any deviations from plans.

• Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency. Encourage a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven project management experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and regulations is a plus.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $66,449.00 - $71,697.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
