Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our nationwide team supporting the behavioral health and wellness of federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers. These will be HYBRID (On Site and Virtual roles throughout the state of Wyoming.
In this role, you will :
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy sessions (in-person and virtual) addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders
- Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during emergencies
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to address regional needs and optimize service delivery
- Maintain secure and confidential client records in compliance with federal standards
