What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level Java Developer position at Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc.?
Blue Rose is seeking a Mid-level Java Developer to support our work with a federal client in Columbia, MD. This is a hybrid role (20% on-site) and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Candidates will be required have an Active Secret security clearance. Interim okay to start.
In this role you will:
- Build Web and backend application/services for credentialing/case management system
- Use Java/Spring based REST APIs along with a Web 2.0 framework and a continuous integration environment
- Join our team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies
Candidates must have:
- 3 years of experience of Java development
- 1 years of experience with using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Git)
- 1 year of recent experience developing and implementing software solutions using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Salary: $110,000-$120,000
