Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose), is hiring a Temporary Child and Youth Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) to support summer camp programming for military children and youth at Minot AFB, ND. This is a mission-driven role providing critical behavioral health services during a key time in the lives of military-connected children.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver face-to-face non-medical counseling to children and youth in a youth center or camp environment.
Support summer camp programming, offering resilience-building, emotional support, and coping skills for children of active-duty military members.
Collaborate with parents, youth center personnel, school staff, and installation leadership on child behavioral and emotional concerns.
Offer on-demand support aligned with seasonal youth programming and special activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., MS, MSW, MA).
Independent, unrestricted license in the U.S. as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LMHC.
Note: LMSW, LADC, and clinicians under supervision are not eligible.
Prior experience with military families or children strongly preferred.
Able to work independently and develop client-centered safety and intervention plans.
U.S. Citizen, fluent in English, and able to pass federal and installation-specific background checks.
