Blue Rose Consulting is seeking a Scrum Master to support our federal client. This is a hybrid role located in Rosslyn, VA.
An Active Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.
In this role you will:
- Enable effective functioning of engineering and analytics teams
- Coach and mentor Scrum Team
- Remove barriers to successful project implementation
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Report project progress via appropriate metrics
- Support Scaled Agile Framework implementation
Candidates must:
- Possess an Active Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA at least 2x per week
- Basic proficiency in Scrum Methodology
- Understanding of Agile Methodology
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in technology project management
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework
- Certification in Scrum Master practices
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000, Dependent on Experience
