Blue Rose Consulting is seeking a Scrum Master to support our federal client . This is a hybrid role located in Rosslyn, VA.
An Active Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.
In this role you will :
- Enable effective functioning of engineering and analytics teams
- Coach and mentor Scrum Team
- Remove barriers to successful project implementation
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Report project progress via appropriate metrics
- Support Scaled Agile Framework implementation
