Blue Rose Legacy Home Care is a non-medical in-home care provider in Southern Arizona. Our goal is to provide individualized support for Activities of Daily Living with dignity and respect.
We are seeking reliable and dedicated caregivers to provide direct support to our clients. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.
Responsibilities :
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide fall prevention support by assisting with transfers and helping clients move around safely
Give medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate parties
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling client information

No prior experience is necessary, training is provided.
Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
You must have a reliable means of transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, be eligible for an Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card, and have a clean driving record.
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
