We are searching for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join the Blue Science team at our office in Flower Mound, TX. You will be collaborating with company leaders to grow our audience and customers in the fiberglass pool and pool remodeling industry through various marketing and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Increase online audience and lead generation with a focus on fiberglass pools and pool remodeling in Texas.
- Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Develops social media marketing plans and programs for services and lines of business and directs promotional support.
- Maintains online relations with customers and followers by organizing and developing specific programs.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Creates new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Develops and maintains all company websites and social media sites.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000
- Bonus range potential of $20,000 to $40,000
