Blue Scorcher Bakery in Astoria, OR is looking for one part-time dishwasher to join our 29 person strong team. We are located on 1493 Duane Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

The Blue Scorcher is a worker-owned cooperative. After six months of employment, you can become a member of the co-op and let your voice be heard on business decisions. If you want to work with us, please keep in mind that we want people who are motivated and care about the business! We are open to seasonal workers, but we really hope you'd like to stick around for a little while.

The hourly rate starts at $15 an hour, and we supplement your pay with tips. At the moment, our tipped employees make an average of $24 an hour with tips, and that will increase as we move into the summer time. You will have 40 hours of available sick leave upon hiring. After three months of employment, you will have the option to sign up for vision and dental. We also offer PTO that starts accruing at the three-month mark. After six months, you will be eligible to become a member and receive a dollar raise.

Qualifications

• A decent amount of dish experience
• Availability to work 1 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM, Sunday through Wednesday
• Available to start working ASAP

Qualities We're Looking For :

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $25.00 / hour.
