What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Business Coordinator position at Blue Sea Educational Consulting, Inc.?

This position will support payroll tasks, employee and client information management, vendor relations management, contract review and data entry.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex data and perform data entry including QuickBooks, provider checks and school district invoices
- Maintain accounting and business contract records
- Manage accounts payable including application of payments, contacting clients, and track the status of each account
- Categorize, sort, and manage incoming document, client information files, and internal records
- Reconcile financial documents such as bank statements & credit card statements
- Prepare and compile business reports and summaries on activity areas
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must currently live in Eastern Nassau or Suffolk County
- 2-3 years experience in an HR/business/administrative support role
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Experience creating reports and managing large amounts of data/information, as well as entering data and information with an attention to detail
- Experience with payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable
