Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s assets.
- Manage daily security operations, including monitoring CCTV systems and conducting regular security assessments.
- Lead and train the security team in conflict management techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to address any security threats or incidents.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends.
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in security management or loss prevention are advantageous.
