Business Analyst, Experienced

Your Role

The Operational Governance team provides project support, operational analysis, and complex process management support for operational teams within Blue Shield of California's Installation & Billing department. The Business Analyst, Experienced will report to the Program Manager. In this role you will review process performance and manage reporting related to key metrics, perform root cause analysis for issues and process trends, and support oversight of the automated processes and available tools. This role will also provide support for projects impacting billing, payment, and output production processes through requirements solicitation, impact analysis, resource prioritization, operational readiness, benefit analysis, and post-implementation validation to ensure successful outcomes.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Yellow or Green Belt for Six Sigma or Lean from a creditable organization is desired
• 1 year of advanced knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment. Excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation skills is desired
• Highly developed math, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of analytical tools. Advanced hands-on experience using Excel including workbook creation and management, complex formatting and formulas, pivot tables and V-look ups. Hands on experience using Tableau is desired.
• Hands-on experience with the FACETS systems preferred

Pay Range :

The pay range for this role is : $ 68800.00 to $ 96100.00 for California.
