Your Role
The Senior Market Customer Care team is responsible for serving our members to experience the utmost of care and compassion by conveying empathy and resolving all issues and helping them get back to enjoying their lives as quickly and effortlessly as possible. The Clerical Support Representative will report to the Operations Supervisor. In this role you will Required to log and track all incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence. To enhance back-office handling with designated oversight to ensure Senior Markets Customer Service followed all requirements/guidelines.

Your Knowledge and Experience
- Preferably within a 30 mile radius from Woodland Hills, CA
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires basic job knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems and the ability to use applications on a computer proficiently
