Your Role
The Governance, Risk, & Compliance Specialist, Senior will report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Risk Management. The successful candidate for the role understands strategy, operations, and regulatory environments to effectively identify, assess, document, and support mitigation of significant risks that could impact the Blue Shield's ability to be successful in achieving its strategic objectives. Key necessary competencies include critical thinking, business acumen, collaboration, ability to influence others, strong written and verbal communication, efficient time management, and excellent organizational & problem-solving skills.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and five (5) years of prior relevant GRC experience
- Requires deep knowledge of GRC standards and processes
- Professional certifications & additional degrees preferred
Pay Range :
The pay range for this role is : $ 89100.00 to $ 133650.00 for California.
