Your Role
The Consumer Growth Marketing team is accountable for developing acquisition and retention marketing strategies in support of our business partner's growth goals. The Marketing Communication Specialist, Principal will report to the Senior Director, Consumer Growth Marketing. This is a unique and impactful role, combining chief of staff responsibilities and leadership of key marketing initiatives. This role will act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the Consumer Growth Marketing leadership team while also driving significant marketing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a master of execution, adept at navigating complex organizational structure and passionate about contributing to the growth and success of the organization through collaboration. This role will also manage the Consumer Growth Marketing Budget, accounting across the acquisition teams and their respective funding needs.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, master's degree highly desirable
- Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience, including experience building and executing on integrated marketing strategies and plans
- Requires strong experience and understanding of health insurance marketing and various lines of businesses
- Requires experience with creating impactful presentations for executive and sales leadership through effective storytelling and strong communication skills
- Excellent cross-functional teamwork across Brand and Marketing, project management, and organizational leadership skills with attention to detail to capture marketing plan details, goals, and results
- Ability to strongly influence senior management, stakeholders, and decision makers
- Ability to multitask with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
