Your Role
The Program Manager, Consultant will oversee the implementation and management of the California Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program (HHIP). This role involves coordinating with Medi-Cal managed care plans (MCPs), local Continuums of Care (CoCs), and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of health and housing services aimed at reducing and preventing homelessness. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience with healthcare and performance improvement initiatives
- Requires knowledge and experience with housing and homelessness programs
- Requires strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Lean Six Sigma
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office, MS Project, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects strongly preferred
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities
- In-depth understanding of medical payment methodologies, plural social system impacts, and facilitation of enterprise software development teams to meet end user needs
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 109340.00 to $ 164120.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
