About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our Provider Partnerships initiatives are successfully executed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables and deadlines, maintaining accurate records and calendars, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing projects and programs, including managing timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including tracking progress and reporting results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
