Role Summary
In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between our members and our organization, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your expertise in Medicare and Medicare Supplement coverage, will enable you to build strong relationships with our members and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing empathetic and informative support to our members via phone and other communication channels
  • Resolving member inquiries and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
