About the Role
As a Senior Markets Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our members, helping them navigate the complexities of Medicare and Medicare Supplement coverage. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing empathetic and informative support to our members via phone and other communication channels
  • Resolving member inquiries and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
