Lead HR Technology Implementation Specialist
The People & Engagement Technology team is a key component of the organization's strategy, providing technical and functional leadership for multiple HR Technology products.
In this senior role, you will work closely with business leads to define, improve, and implement processes, systems, and performance metrics that drive business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize ERP applications like HCM Cloud, UKG, and Kronos to support HR administration efficiently.
- Identify and address company needs related to automated procedures and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in UKG, Kronos, and BI reporting is highly preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS systems is essential.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
