The Product Experience Management (PXM) Role in our Digital Business team supports and enables the platform to accomplish business objectives. It is the focal point for driving utilization and adoption of the Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify. The role coordinates with business owners to run, document, process, and govern tools and platforms related to the capability.
This system is the source of truth for product information used on our website and in third-party channels. The main purpose of this role is to develop processes and systems that make accurate and comprehensive product information available to both internal teams and external customers, including retail platform syndication.
In this role, you will operate across our business units to drive the organization's product information strategy, ensuring that the product data supports business objectives. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to drive the creation and maintenance of high-quality product information assets. This includes overseeing the maintenance, development, and operation of the PIM system, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating efficient data distribution across various channels.
