Blue Shutter Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. We manage a variety of residential and/or commercial properties and are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and experienced in all aspects of property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple properties
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Handle HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Conduct plumbing repairs and replacements
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
