What You’ll Do:
· Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Research and identify new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
· Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales team members.
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
· Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales metrics.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive market analysis.
What You Bring:
· 2-5 years of B2B sales and prospecting experience, preferably in a high-volume, outbound-focused environment.
· Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and sales pipeline management.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches.
· A goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
· Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of our products/services to prospective clients.
· Experience using CRM software to track and manage leads.
· Comfortable working in a hybrid role with the ability to engage in both remote and in-office collaboration.
