Focus:
- Help in supervising and guiding every facet of family law litigation, aiding in crafting and executing thorough legal approaches.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team including paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and the billing department to facilitate case progression and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of case management, from initiation through resolution, ensuring legal processes align with client objectives.
- Ensure all legal proceedings are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and professional ethical standards.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation, with demonstrated proficiency in managing cases and achieving positive outcomes.
- Track and manage billable hours effectively, ensuring accuracy and accountability in timekeeping.
- Demonstrated capacity to guide and oversee a diverse team, fostering seamless teamwork and optimizing performance throughout all phases of legal proceedings.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to handle high caseloads and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing outcomes while maintaining sensitivity to confidential matters.
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
