Corporate Transactions Attorney
Our client, a prominent legal practice with a strong presence in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level transactional attorney with substantial experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Focus :
Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to closing, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and post-transaction integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tax, corporate governance, and regulatory considerations.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on complex transactional matters.
Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related contracts.
Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Skill Set :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
3-6 years of experience in M&A or transactional law at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client interaction and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and business-oriented approach to legal practice.
