Focus:
- Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and performance across all manufacturing assets.
- Align production operations with broader business goals, driving output, quality, and compliance.
- Manage the maintenance and performance of critical building systems including HVAC, utilities, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Oversee environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance and facility risk management practices.
- Lead full-cycle execution of expansion, renovation, and new construction projects.
- Collaborate with leadership on engineering roadmap development and long-range facility planning.
- Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
- Shape team culture through recruiting, onboarding, training, and career development.
- Partner with senior executives to design and implement strategic plans that scale production capabilities and facility effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and capital reinvestment.
- Champion Lean methodologies, 5S, and Kaizen across manufacturing and facility operations.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Administer operational budgets related to manufacturing systems and facilities upkeep.
- Manage capital expenditures, vendor contracts, and performance metrics.
- Partner with engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to enhance interdepartmental efficiency and product throughput.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations and/or facilities engineering, preferably within a regulated or high-output environment.
- Proven experience managing multi-site production environments and technical building systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing automation, smart building technology, and asset management platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex technical and operational challenges.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, improving operational KPIs, and leading organizational change.
